There are several scenarios in workflows that may involve requesting information, approvals or signatures from other parties. If you have a slow-to-respond recipient, here’s how to send a reminder:
Information Request:
If you opt to have Ironclad collect information from a counterparty for you, an automatic email will be generated to the contact you provided. If you fail to receive a response, simply click the clock icon next to the party’s name. This will trigger an email from Ironclad to them reminding them to provide the requested information.
Review/Approval
If you are waiting for Legal or another party to review and approve your document and you’d like to send them a reminder, simply click the clock icon next to their name on the Review and Change step to trigger a reminder email from Ironclad.
Sign Document
After a document has been sent for signatures, send a reminder to the designated signer(s) by clicking the clock icon next to their name. This will trigger a reminder email from your E-signature provider.
