After you create your relationship types, configure the entity properties you want to include for each relationship type. Entity properties are data points you want to collect and track. You can create, edit, and delete entity properties. Data Manager provides a central location to manage all your entity properties.
Use Case
After defining relationship types in Ironclad, the legal operations team at Classics Inc. wants to capture specific details for each type of business relationship. For example, vendor entities should include tax identification numbers, while partner entities should include renewal dates for partnership agreements.
Using Data Manager, the team creates custom entity properties for each relationship type. They make the tax identification number a required property for vendors and add a renewal date field for partners. They also remove unnecessary fields that do not apply to certain entity types.
