Guided ‘Review Agreements’ Prompt in Jurist
Jurist includes guided prompt experiences designed to simplify prompt engineering for legal professionals. You’ll see steps and explanations for crafting effective prompts tailored to your objectives. Instead of guessing at what the right questions are or how to phrase them, you’ll have clear, structured guidance that helps you frame issues the way other legal professionals think about them. Currently, you can summarize documents’ terms, obligations, and risks.
On August 28th, we are releasing the Review agreement guided prompting experience. This prompt will review your agreement for any risks or issues. After uploading your agreement during the prompting experience, you can define the Document’s Type, the Representing Party, the Key Topics, and any Special Instructions.
To learn more about guided prompts, refer to Use Jurist.
Significant Speed Improvements
We've rebuilt the architecture powering our AI agents behind the scenes. When you use Prompt Guides or ask Jurist to summarize, review, or compare documents, expect results 40-60% faster.
