You can brand the Ironclad Signature signing experience by including your company logo in signature packet emails and the acceptance app. Adding your logo creates a consistent, professional look that builds trust with counterparties and reinforces your company’s identity throughout the contracting process.
Use Case
Classics Inc. wants its contract signing process to reflect the same professionalism as its customer-facing brand. They configure their Ironclad Signature settings to include their logo. Counterparties now receive signature packet emails and access a signing app that feature the Classics Inc. logo, creating a seamless and branded experience.
When vendors or partners receive a signature request, they see the Classics Inc. logo in the email and within the signing interface. This consistent branding builds trust, reassures counterparties that the request is legitimate, and strengthens Classics Inc.’s professional image throughout the contracting process.

Include Your Company Logo in Ironclad Signature Packet Emails and Acceptance App
To include your company logo in emails, you must complete the following steps:
- Enable the relevant settings.
- If you have not done so already, add your company logo.
- Configure your workflow configuration’s settings.
Enable Company Logo Settings
- Click on your profile icon located in the top right corner.
- Click Company Settings > Settings.
- Toggle on Enable company logo on signature packet emails and acceptance app.
Add Your Company Logo
If you have already added your company logo, continue on to configure your workflow configuration.
- Click on your profile icon located in the top right corner of Ironclad, and then click Company Settings.
- Under Company Logo, click Upload. Select your company logo. The recommended logo size is 400px by 130px.
- To remove your company logo, click Remove.
Once you upload your company's logo, it displays in Ironclad in the following notifications:
- Notification to approve a workflow
- Notification of a paused workflow
- Notification of a canceled workflow
- Notification of an @mention
- Notification of a comment in the workflow
- Notification of assigned Internal Form
- Notification to confirm uploaded packet (partially/fully)
- Notification to review Archive Step
- Notification to collect signatures
- Notification of reminder to approve a workflow
- Notification of a workflow reverted back to Review Step because a signer declined to sign
- Notification to review workflow because a signer declined to sign
Configure Your Workflow Configuration
Once you’ve enabled the relevant settings and uploaded your company logo, simply toggle on the option to include your logo in the signature packet emails and/or acceptance app within the workflow configuration.
- Click on the Workflow Designer tab and select the workflow configuration you want to update. Click the Sign tab > Settings.
- In the eSignature section, click More settings.
- To include your logo in signature packet emails, scroll down to the eSignature packet section. Toggle on Include your company logo in signature packet emails.
- To include your logo in the acceptance app, scroll down to the eSignature experience section. Toggle on Include your company logo in the acceptance app.
- Save and publish the workflow configuration.
Result
Any workflows started from the updated workflow configuration will include your logo in the signature packet emails and/or acceptance app. Workflows created before the update will not be affected.
