This article will walk you through how to manage user and group access to a workflow or record directly from the Dashboard.
On the Dashboard, you can view who can access a particular record or workflow, and (if you have the necessary permissions) configure permissions on a workflow or record from the preview pane.

Click on the Dashboard tab, and then click on the record or workflow you want to update. The preview pane displays.

In the top right corner, locate the user pill.

To view a user’s details, hover over their icon.

To edit user access, click on the pill with the list of users and groups.
NOTE: While you can view which groups have access to the workflow/record, group access is configured in Company Settings > Groups.-
If you are editing a user’s workflow access, the Workflow access window displays. You can add additional users or remove existing users.

If you are editing a user’s record access, the Record access window displays.
This functionality respects Group permission settings. Users who have No Repository Access as their highest Repository permission are not granted access to any records even if they are added here.
