This article will provide you with an overview of Dashboard views and how they function in Ironclad. To learn how to manage Dashboard views, refer to Manage Dashboard Views.
Views are a combination of saved filters and columns that allow you to easily access relevant workflows without having to manually search each time.
The Views panel is located on the left. You can open or close it by clicking the Hide sidebar icon indicated by two arrows.
Next to each view’s name in the view header, there is a count of workflows in that view. This number reflects the number of workflows shown in the table at that moment, including when filtered by search.
Preset Views
By default, the dashboard has preset views. These views have a default state that they can always be restored to. You can apply additional filters to these preset views and either save those filters as a new view or reset the view to its predefined state. Check out the table below for more information on each preset view:
Preset View | Description |
---|---|
Starred | Displays all workflows that you have starred on the Dashboard or the Workflow page. |
In Progress | Displays all of your in progress workflows. If a workflow is waiting on approvals, signatures, or information from a counterparty, it can be found in this view. |
All Workflows | Displays all of the workflows that have ever been launched in your environment. This is the dashboard’s default view. |
Owned by Me | Displays workflows where you are the Owner. |
Needs My Signature |
Displays workflows that require your signature. This applies to all signature providers. |
Assigned to Me | Displays workflows assigned to your username and email. |
Participating In | Displays all of the workflows that you are a part of. All of the workflows in the Assigned to Me tab will also show in the Participating tab. Once you have approved a workflow, you no longer see it in the Assigned to Me tab, but it will remain in the Participating In tab. |
Paused | Displays all paused workflows. NOTE This view will only appear if any workflows meet this criteria. |
No Activity in 90 Days | Displays all active and paused workflows that have not had any activity in 90 or more days. NOTE This view will only appear if any workflows meet this criteria. |
Completed Workflows | Displays all of your finalized workflows. |
