This article will walk you through how to request exceptions for non standard playbook terms.
- Locate the clause you would like to request an exception for and click Request an exception.
- Select an approver from the Assign approvals to dropdown and add an explanation as to why you’re requesting an exception.
- Click Save.
- You can check the approval status at any time in the Approvals section of the workflow. This includes ad-hoc clause approvals and clause approver configurations at the Playbook position level. Similar to document approvers, you can modify the approver and send reminders. To view the specific clause assigned to the approver, click Go to Clause.
