This week's release includes the following features:
AI Playbooks Reviewer Notes and Automated Comments
AI Playbooks users can now configure positions to include internal reviewer notes and to quickly add or automate external doc comments. This reduces review time and back-and-forth while providing context as to why certain changes have been made.
This feature is being rolled out incrementally over the next few weeks. If you are interested in enabling this feature, please reach out to your Ironclad representative.
AI Assist: Summarize Content
In Ironclad Editor, you can now use AI Assist to summarize content.
Add Signing ID to Initial and Signature Tags
If you are a signer, you will be able to see signing IDs in the Acceptance App for every other signer's signature or initial tags. The signer ID will be displayed along with “Signed with Ironclad”. You will not see a signer ID on your own tags.
Updated Button Styles
If you use Ironclad Signature, you will notice minor button enhancements in both emails and the app.
Ironclad Signature Emails Sent From New Domain: sign.ironcladapp.com
Ironclad Signature emails will now be sent to/from a new domain: sign.ironcladapp.com.

Clickwrap
Restore Deleted Records
Admins will have the ability to view a list of deleted records and individually restore them. This will be located on the new Trash page in your Company Settings.

AdobeSign Email Address Capitalization Update
Previously, if you were using AdobeSign and your email address' capitalization in Ironclad did not match AdobeSign's, the signed document would not be pulled into Ironclad. This has been updated to pull in the signed document, regardless of your email address' capitalization.
Schedule Templates to Publish
You can now schedule a template to publish at a specified date and time.

Support More DocuSign Digital Certifications
We have added more digital certification options for DocuSign. Previously, we supported IDNow and QES. Now, we support multiple digital certification frameworks, and we have enabled them for more trusted service providers.
Use PDFs with Embedded Clickwrap
You can now use a PDF template with embedded clickwrap agreements. For groups using the "Checkbox per Template" or "Combined checkboxes for all Templates" presentation styles, you can choose to display the document in your legal center, or download the PDF to the end user's local device.
Obfuscate API Keys
You can only view API keys at the time of generation. Afterwards, it remains obfuscated.

"Generate Report" Button Removed
The Generate Report button has been removed for those that have not used the feature within the last 150 days. The metrics found in this report can be found elsewhere in Ironclad CLM.

The search bar in the Activity Feed is now represented by a magnifying glass.

Admins can now cancel completed workflows.
Workflow Integration Launch Form and Review UI Improvements
Improved Multi-Paragraph Identification and Suggestions
Playbooks have been improved to identify and suggest clause position labels for document data that spans multiple paragraphs of text. This only applies to contiguous paragraphs.
Display Detailed DocuSign Errors
Previously, DocuSign errors displayed as standard errors. Now, DocuSign errors include more details on how to resolve the error.
Edit Signers In-Flight with AdobeSign
You can now edit your signers in-flight with AdobeSign.
New Attributes in Signer Confirmation Email
The signer confirmation email now includes the signer's name, email, title, and phone number as well as the default legal center as new properties to further customize your email communication.

Delete Signers Via API
You can now use REST API to delete all activity associated with a signer.

Allow Setting Jurisdiction
Each action includes a 'jurisdiction' property, initially aligned with the browser's locale. Now, you have the flexibility to specify the jurisdiction yourself. It's particularly useful if you operate a single Clickwrap group across various jurisdictions. This functionality enables you to link downstream acceptances to a specific jurisdiction in Classic search or in activity exports.

OAuth 2.0
Grant Workflow Permissions Outside of Admin Group
You can now grant permissions for managing in-flight workflows outside of the Admin group using a new permission.
This permission enables users to:
- Cancel completed workflows
- Revoke counterparty invites
- Send counterparty invites
- Force share documents
- Force allow document downloads
- Reset approvals
- Override workflow approvals via Edit Info/Update Document during a workflow’s Sign step
- Change signers during the Sign step
- Removing in-flight workflows’ participants
- Add, remove, and reassign role assignments

General Playbook Improvements
There are a variety of general Playbook improvements:
- Improved Playbook position recommendations for document text formatted in lists or bullet points.
- Workflow Designer Preview UI no longer includes clause tags.
- Fixed duplicative instances of clause usage data captured using AI Playbooks.
Minor Playbook UI Improvements
There are a variety of minor Playbook UI improvements this week:
- Improved clause approver flow.
- Improved granular contract fields:
- Governing Law > Jurisdiction
- Payment > Term Duration
- Termination > Notice Period
Upgraded DOCX to HTML Conversion

Rename Workflows
You can now change a workflow's name from the preconfigured name assigned by Workflow Designer to a custom name. Anyone with workflow access can rename their workflows.

NOTE: Dynamic naming will be turned off if you rename a workflow.
