This article will walk you through how to manage Ironclad Support's access to your Clickwrap account.
By default, Ironclad can access your account to diagnose problems and address Support issues. If you are an admin or an owner, you can disable that access in your Clickwrap account.
- In Clickwrap, click Settings and locate Support.
- To disable access, click Disable Access and save your changes. Any existing sessions will expire after 24 hours and no new sessions will be permitted.
- To enable access, click Enable Access and save your changes.
