Company Switcher Dropdown Relocated
The company switcher has been moved to the top right corner. Your user dropdown will now be solely represented by your icon instead of both your name and icon.
Starred Workflows
You can star a workflow on the Dashboard or directly on the workflow. The workflow is then added to the Starred tab located on the left sidebar of the Dashboard.
Rate Limits in CLM API
Effective September 19, 2023, the Ironclad CLM API has had protective limiting to ensure that we can safely manage high volumes of incoming API requests. If a developer exceeds the rate limits, they will receive an error message and be asked to try again at a later time.
Reassign Workflows with No Clear Reassignment to Default User
When a workflow that is using conditionally assignment is reassigned without a clear new owner, we will now automatically assign these workflows to the default user of the Administrator's group. Previously, the workflow was reassigned to the older user in the assigned group.
To learn more about how to assign a default user, refer to Assign a Default User.
Playbooks Configuration UX Enhancements
The workflow Admin Playbooks experience has been refreshed. The functionality has not changed.
"onChecked" and "OnUnchecked" Events Available Via ReactSDK
The "onChecked" and "onUnchecked" events are now available via the ReactSDK. Previously, they were only available if you were leveraging the JavaScript snippet.

This week's release includes the following features:
Smart Import Subsidiaries
You can now add subsidiary information as you verify your Smart Import records. This teaches the AI to instantly recognize those subsidiaries and disregard them from the counterparty name. When you add a subsidiary during Smart Import, all predictions in the current import are updated and all future imports will also respect the learned rule.
You can also add addresses to these subsidiaries to keep the counterparty addresses accurate.
To learn more about this feature, refer to Use Smart Import.
Discard a Draft in Clickwrap New Experience
When you are working on a template in the Clickwrap New Experience, you can now discard your current draft.
Snapshot Enhancements for Long Images
Previously, we had a max height for snapshots of 16,000 pixels. We have removed that limit so we can easily capture full term pages, instead of only the acceptance model.
Dashboard Date Filters
You can use filters on the Dashboard to find workflows that have not been updated in X or more days. For example, you can filter to find all of the workflows that have not had an update in the past year so you can use bulk actions to cancel them.
Select All Workflows on the Dashboard
You can select all of the workflows on the Dashboard by clicking the checkbox located next to the Workflow Name column at the top.
