This article reviews the steps and requirements for logging into Ironclad Academy as a customer, prospect, or partner. This updated log in process will be live on Wednesday, January 22nd.
Ironclad Academy provides resources to help you learn how to use Ironclad to support your contracting processes. In Academy, you can attend scheduled live events or learn at your own pace with on-demand courses and refer back to them again at any time. You can also complete learning paths to earn skills-verified badges that you can share with your network.
You must be a current customer, prospect, or partner in order to create an Ironclad Academy account.
NOTE
If you click to Create Account or Sign In from the details page of a course, you will be taken to the default customer login page:
If you are a customer, follow the steps in the Customer Access section of this article to properly access Academy.
If you are not a customer, follow the steps in this article to properly access Academy according to your learner group:
- Prospect/Trial Access (”Trial Experience”)
- Partner Access (”Partner Academy”) </aside>
Customer Access
Customers must use Ironclad SSO via their production instance (not demo) to create an account and log into Academy. The steps to create an account for the first time and log into an existing account are the same for customers.
Create a New Account

Go to academy.ironcladapp.com.

Click SIGN IN in the upper right corner.

Click the applicable Customer Login button:
- If you are based in North America and use ironcladapp.com, click Customer Login (NA & US).
- If you are based in Europe and use eu1-ironcladapp.com, click Customer Login (EU).

Sign into the Ironclad app with your usual sign-in method (password, Google Sign in, company SSO). Then, click Allow access to grant Ironclad Academy access to your Ironclad account to verify your status as a customer.
Log into an Existing Account
Follow the steps in Create a New Account. The steps to create an account for the first time and log into an existing account are the same.
Prospect/Trial Access
Create a New Account

Go to academy.ironcladapp.com.

Click Trial Experience in the upper left corner of the page.

Enter your personal and company information.

In the field that says “Enter Code Here,” enter the access code provided to you by your Ironclad contact. Then, click Validate.
- If you do not have an access code, reach out to your Ironclad contact.

Check the box to agree to Ironclad terms, then click Register.
NOTE
Trial users have a more limited catalog of content available to them to provide a more focused learning experience during evaluation. The full catalog becomes available once your organization becomes an Ironclad customer.
Log into an Existing Account

Go to academy.ironcladapp.com.

Click Trial Experience in the upper left corner of the page.

Where it says “Already have an account?” click the Sign In link.
- Do not click SIGN IN in the upper right corner of the screen — this will take you to the default customer login page.

Enter your email and password, then click Sign In.
Update Your Password
If you received a temporary password to access Ironclad Academy, follow the steps below to update it.

Navigate to your Learner Dashboard.

In the upper right corner, click your user icon > Account.

In Account Info in the Password section, click the button Click Here to Change Your Password. This will open a new page.

Enter your current password and new password, then click Change Password.
Partner Access
Create a New Account

Click Partner Academy in the upper left corner of the page.

Enter your personal and company information.
