Log into Ironclad Academy

This topic reviews the steps and requirements for logging into Ironclad Academy as both a registered user and a prospective customer.

Ironclad Academy is the go-to place to learn how to get the most out of your contracting use cases. There, you can attend scheduled live events or learn at your own pace with on-demands courses and refer back to them again at any time. Completing learning paths earn you badges that verify your skills. Share these with your network and show you’re an Ironclad Expert. To use this resource, you need to be logged in with a user account to track your progress.

Log in as a user on an Ironclad Subscription (CLM, CLM + Clickwrap)

Users on an active Ironclad production site can login using their Ironclad account as the credentials and identity provider to access the training. To do so, you can access Ironclad Academy through the link in your user dropdown in the Ironclad use interface, or at https://academy.ironcladapp.com. Once there, you should:

1. Click on Sign in from the Ironclad Academy home page. 
2. On the modal that appears, click on the option that reflects the site your Ironclad instance is on, ironcladapp.com or eu1.ironcladapp.com
3. If you are not yet signed in, sign into your Ironclad Account.
   NOTE: The Ironclad App is the "identity provider" - authentication into the app is what allows for access to Ironclad Academy. This means that it will work for whatever login method your company has configured, from standard user name & password to SSO through Google, Okta, Azure, etc.
4. You may need to authorize the Ironclad App to allow the Academy access to your user information so it can create your account. Click Allow.
5. Once authorized, you will be redirected to the Academy home page to begin learning.

Create an Account as a Clickwrap-Only user or prospect on an Ironclad Trial

Single-sign on with an Ironclad account is currently only available to users with an instance on ironcladapp.com or eu1.ironcladapp.com. Users on who only use Clickwrap (clickwrap domain) or trial users on demo.ironcladapp.com must first create an account on Ironclad Academy before they can access training. To do so, you must:

1. Click on Sign in from the Ironclad Academy home page. 
2. On the modal that appears, click on the option that says Sign up as a guest. This will allow you to create an account you can use to sign in to the Academy.
3. On the form that follows, fill out the required information to create an account
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Work Email Address
   • Password
   • Confirm Password
4. Click Sign Up. With this complete, you will be brought to the Ironclad Academy home page, logged into your account.

Log in as a Clickwrap-Only user or prospect on an Ironclad Trial

When you are using a guest account, you must always login via the Guest option. To do so:

1. Click on Sign in from the Ironclad Academy home page. 
2. Click on the option to Sign in Here at the bottom of the modal when you already have a guest  account.
3. Sign in using your guest account's email address and password. You can then begin learning
