This topic will walk you through how to bulk export Clickwrap activity metadata and fully rendered records of acceptance.
You can bulk export Clickwrap activity metadata and associated records of acceptance for any historical contracts. Each export can cover a date range of up to 365 days; to export a longer period, run multiple exports for adjacent date ranges. After the metadata export is complete, you will be emailed a link to download a CSV with the requested activity metadata. Each row includes the metadata for a single template per counterparty signer, regardless of if the template was displayed with additional templates within the Clickwrap group.
Consider the following as you prepare to export:
- Standard, connection, and custom data can be included in the .CSV export.
-
sent, visited, andagreedevent activity is included in the CSV file. - Download links are valid for seven (7) days.
- Bulk exports are available in the new Clickwrap experience (not classic).
- You can optionally fire a webhook when the export is complete.
- Contact Ironclad Support if you need to bulk export contracts executed before 365 days.
