This topic will walk you through how to customize your Legal Centers.
This topic is specific to the Clickwrap New Experience. If you are using the Classic Clickwrap Experience, refer to the Classic Clickwrap Experience documentation.
All Clickwrap customers have the ability to apply their logo, a primary color, and a secondary color to the Brand Settings of their Clickwrap Site to slightly customize the Site’s Legal Centers.
Depending on your plan, you may also have access to apply custom HTML and CSS to your Legal Centers to customize them further to match your company’s website styling.
Add Your Logo and Colors
Follow the steps below to add your company’s logo, primary color, and secondary color to your brand settings within Ironclad Clickwrap:
- Select your user icon in the upper right corner, then click Settings.
- Click Branding. This will open a new tab with the Clickwrap Classic Experience.
- Upload your company logo. Add your Favicon URL. Add the HEX codes for your primary and secondary colors.
- Click Update in the top right corner.
- Close the Classic Experience tab.
Add Custom HTML and CSS
HTML and CSS customization requires a member of your team who is proficient in these languages to complete.
Common Uses for Custom HTML and CSS
The primary reason to apply custom HTML and CSS to your Legal Centers is to further align your Legal Center’s style with that of your company’s website. This supports a seamless experience for your counterparties that interact with your website and your Legal Center’s terms.
Apply Custom HTML
Follow the steps below to add custom HTML to a Legal Center:
- In the top navigation bar, click Legal Centers. If you do not see Legal Centers listed, you either lack Admin privileges or only have access to basic branding capabilities in Ironclad Clickwrap.
- Select the Legal Center you want to apply custom HTML to.
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner, then click Edit HTML. This will open a new tab with the Clickwrap Classic Experience.
- Enter or paste the custom HTML in the desired modals (Header, Navigation section, Body, or Footer). After a few moments, or after clicking outside of the modals anywhere on the screen, the Legal Center preview will show your applied changes.
- Click Republish in the top right corner to make your changes live on the Legal Center.
- Close the Classic Experience tab.
Apply Custom CSS
- In the top navigation bar, click Legal Centers. If you do not see Legal Centers listed, you either lack Admin privileges or only have access to basic branding capabilities in Ironclad Clickwrap.
- Select the Legal Center you want to apply custom CSS to.
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner, then click Edit CSS. This will open a new tab with the Clickwrap Classic Experience.
- Enter or paste the custom CSS in the modal. After a few moments, or after clicking outside of the modal anywhere on the screen, the Legal Center preview will show your applied changes.
- Click Republish in the top right corner to make your changes live on the Legal Center.
- Close the Classic Experience tab.
