This topic will walk you through what turn tracking tags are and how to add them to your document versions.
If you have view or edit workflow permissions, you can view which document versions were sent to or received from a counterparty. These tags are automatically added to the relevant versions when you send out or receive a document. You can also manually add/delete them in the document’s Versions tab or the workflow’s Review section.
Manually Add a Turn Tracking Tag to Your Document’s Current Version
- Click on the Dashboard tab, and then click on the workflow you want to view.
- In the Review section, hover over your current document. The Add Label button displays.
- Click Add Label, and then select whether the document was Shared with or received From your counterparty. The label is added to your document version.
Manually Add a Tag to a Current or Past Document Version
- Click on the Dashboard tab, and then click on the workflow you want to view.
- In the Review section, click on the name of your document. The Versions tab displays.
- Locate the version you want to add a label to and click Add Label.
- Select one of the following:
- Shared with [Counterparty]: The document version was sent to your counterparty.
- From [Counterparty]: The document version was received from your counterparty.
- Custom Label: Enter your own identifying text for the document version.
