This topic will walk you through how to configure the Reply-To Name and Email on DocuSign signature request emails.
If you have an eSignature integration with DocuSign, you can update the Reply-To Name and Reply-To Email that your recipients will see on their signature request emails.
- Click on the Workflow Designer tab and select the workflow configuration you want to modify. Click the Sign tab.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Under Signature Experience, click on the eSignature Packet Configuration dropdown.
- Update the Reply-to email recipient and Reply-to name.
- Click Publish. The change will apply to new workflows created from your configuration.
