This topic will walk you through how to manage the CLM Record Sync feature.
NOTE
You can sync up to 50,000 records to CLM. These records are immutable and cannot be changed.
Enable Record Sync for Your Site
Required Role: Admin
Available In: New Clickwrap Experience
- In the new Clickwrap experience, click your initials located in the top right corner. Click Settings > Site.
- Enable CLM Record Sync.
- Click Save. Records will now sync into your CLM Repository as long as you have not synced the maximum number of records allotted for your site. The status of your record sync, including the number of remaining vs. allotted records for your site, will appear in the CLM records section of your Clickwrap dashboard.
Disable Record Sync for a Template
Required Permissions: Edit Contract Metadata
Available In: Classic and New Clickwrap Experience
If necessary, you can disable record sync for individual templates. This takes place immediately, but can be undone at any time.
- In Clickwrap, click Templates.
- Select a template.
- Click Edit.
- Toggle CLM Record Sync. Record sync will be enabled or disabled for the selected template after you confirm twice.
- Click Save.
Edit the Record Type for a Template
Required Permissions: Edit Contract Metadata
Available In: Classic and New Clickwrap Experience
You can select the record type used for individual templates. This takes place immediately, but can be updated at any time. If you want to create a new record type, you must create it in Ironclad CLM.
- In Clickwrap, click Templates.
- Select a template.
- Click Edit.
- Select a Record Type. The record type you select will be used for new records of acceptance you receive. Historical records of acceptance are not retroactively updated and cannot be modified.
- Click Save.
