Unified Repository

Unified Repository allows you to view and interact with executed Clickwrap agreements in your Ironclad CLM Repository. There are a few considerations to keep in mind:

  • By default, all Clickwrap agreed events (acceptances) are synced into your CLM Repository, but you can disable record syncing for individual templates as needed.
  • By default, Clickwrap records use the Clickwrap record type, but you can change the record type for individual templates as needed. The Clickwrap record type is created automatically when you integrate your Clickwrap and CLM accounts.
  • Record names are dynamically created using “Clickwrap - {Counterparty Name}”.

 

 

Clickwrap Record Data

Clickwrap records are synced with a standardized data set that cannot be modified. Custom activity data will also automatically sync if the Clickwrap Activity Custom Data property sent in the acceptance matches the CLM repository metadata property Key.

Standard Synced Clickwrap Data Type Description Mapping Location
Agreement Date Date The date of acceptance. Maps to Created in Clickwrap.
Counterparty Signer Email Email The email address of the counterparty. Maps to Signer Email in Clickwrap. If not email address is provided, this field is not populated.
Execution Method Text (String) The way the Clickwrap agreement was displayed to signers. Display in full, Scrollable container, Checkbox per Template, and Combined checkbox for all Templates are type “clickthrough”. Scrollable Contract with form is type “click_to_accept”.
Clickwrap Group Text (String) The name of the Clickwrap group.  
Counterparty Name Text (String) The name of the counterparty. Maps to Company Name in Clickwrap. If no Company Name is provided, Signer Name is displayed. If no Signer Name is provided, Signer Id is displayed.
Counterparty Signer Name Text (String) The name of the counterparty signer. Maps to Signer Name in Clickwrap. If no Signer Name is provided, Signer Id is displayed.
