You may want to force your Signer to scroll to the bottom of a Contract to help ensure that she's reviewed the Contract before officially agreeing or signing. This functionality is available for the following pieces of the PactSafe solution:

• Signature Requests

• Groups (Embedded form and Scroll style configurations)

• Hosted Forms

In each case, the Signers see an indication that they have to scroll to the bottom before accepting the agreement. 

Force Scroll in a Signature Request

Inside of the Info pane of your Signature Requests, there is a Force Scroll switch that you can toggle on:

When you toggle on this switch, PactSafe prompts your Signers to scroll to the bottom of your Contract before presenting the I Agree language. Note: When fields are required to be filled out before signing, the user will be walked through each field to fill out before adding the force scroll text.

Group Clickwrap Configuration: Scroll

Groups have an option where you can select Force scroll for the Clickwrap Groups of Scroll and Embedded and Hosted Forms.

Groups have an option where you can select Force scroll for the Clickwrap Groups of Scroll and Embedded and Hosted Forms.

Hosted Form Group

Hosted Form language will be the same as the Embedded Clickwrap configuration.
