This article is intended for users with version 2.30+ of the Ironclad Managed Package. The information may not be accurate for previous versions.
Ironclad periodically releases new versions of the Salesforce Managed Package via the AppExchange. You can see the most recent version number on the AppExchange listing.
To upgrade, a Salesforce Admin must navigate to Ironclad’s AppExchange listing and install the latest package version.

Verify Which Package Version You Use
- In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Packages > Installed Packages > Version Number.
- If your version number is lower than the version number on the AppExchange, we strongly encourage you to update your package as soon as possible. All updates are backwards compatible. If you have questions, please reach out to the Ironclad Support team.
Upgrade from a Legacy Package (Version 2.1 or below)
If you currently use version 2.1 or below, complete the steps in this article. These steps are mandatory to keep your integration functional. Refer to the release notes to learn more about this release's features.
