This topic will walk you through how to share Repository information. This include how to export results, save a view, and share a view.

Export Results

1. Click on the Repository tab, and then search for the records you want to export.
2. Click Export.
   • ​​​​​​​If you want to export only the visible columns, click Visible Columns.
   • If you want to export all columns, click All Columns.
3. An Excel spreadsheet containing the results is downloaded to your computer.

Save Views

You can save a view to quickly return your Repository to your saved state including filters, search results, and columns.

1. Click on the Repository tab, and then configure your columns and filters.
2. In the left panel, click Save View.
3. Enter a name for your view and click Save.

Share a View

You can share a view with other users via a link that includes your current filters, search results, and columns. When you share a view, it does not grant the user permission to view all of the records in that view. The user only sees the records they have permissions for.

1. Click on the Repository tab, and then configure your columns and filters.
2. Click the More icon indicated by three stacked dots.
3. Click Share. A URL is copied to your clipboard that you can share with other users.
