This article will walk you through how to compare your document's versions. This includes how to compare versions and download a version of your document with the redlines visible.
You can compare edits made to each version of your document in the Edit Information form or by uploading a new document. You cannot compare a PDF to a DOCX document, so to compare, please convert the PDF to DOCX when prompted.
- Click on the workflow you want to view. A summary window displays on the right.
- In the summary window, click Open overview page indicated by a two arrows icon.

In the Documents section, click the three stacked dots, and then click Redline two versions.

In the Documents section, click the three stacked dots next to a document, and then click Compare versions.
- Toggle on Compare. Your document versions are displayed with their redlines for you to compare. Select and deselect versions in the right panel to remove versions from the comparison.
- If you want to download a version with the redlines visible:
- Make sure the Compare toggle is selected and click Download.
- Select whether you want to download a .docx or .pdf.

Label your changes and click Download as .docx/.pdf.
