With Click-to-Accept, you can create click-to-accept workflow configurations directly in Workflow Designer, transforming standard eSignature workflows into clickable agreements that are easier for counterparties to review and accept.
Click-to-Accept contracts are a type of online agreement where users agree to terms with a single click, replacing traditional, manual signature methods. This approach reduces friction for counterparties while still serving as a valid form of contract acceptance. Companies commonly use click-to-accept agreements in checkout flows, login or sign-up pages, terms and conditions updates, license subscriptions, and business contract workflows.
Use Case
Classics Inc. regularly needs customers and vendors to accept standard agreements like updated terms and conditions. In the past, this required manual eSignatures, which slowed down the process.
By using Click-to-Accept, Classics Inc. now sends these agreements as clickable contracts. For example, when rolling out new subscription terms, customers simply click Review Contract and then accept with a single click. The agreement is automatically recorded in Ironclad, and the workflow closes without the need for signatures or manual tracking.
