Use Hyperlinks in Your Launch and Counterparty Forms

This topic describes the process for adding hyperlinks in your launch forms and counterparty forms.

Add a Hyperlink to Your Launch Form or Counterparty Form

When you build a workflow, you may want to share other information with your business users when a workflow is launched, such as a link to your FAQs or a relevant wiki. You can do this by adding a hyperlink to the overall launch form or a specific section’s Form Description field.

1. Click on the Workflow Designer tab and select the workflow configuration you want to modify. Click on the Create tab.
2. In the Form description (optional) field, add useful information that you would like to share with your team, including hyperlinks. Although the link does not appear to render, once the workflow is launched, it appears in the related section’s form description.
3. You can repeat those same steps to add a hyperlink to your counterparty form description and section descriptions.
