Step 1
In Document, highlight the clause that you want to add a condition to. In the menu that appears, type the name of your
condition. If the condition exists, select it. If not, select “Create new condition”.
Step 2
Your highlighted text will become a conditional clause and the Condition Editor will open on the left, allowing you to configure your new condition.
Step 3
If the form field exists, select it in the “IF” field. Otherwise, navigate to the Form Builder, and add a new question to the form.
Step 4
To finish configuring your new question, select a field to back the question. This is how we store the answers to questions in case you want to export the value to the Repository. You may select an existing field or create a new one, similar to creating a new condition in step 1.
Step 5
If you chose a multiple-choice question, add in any applicable answers.
Step 6
Once the question is configured, select the form field from the “IF” selector dropdown
Step 7
Now you can configure the answer for your condition by selecting an answer from the dropdown next to “IS”. These are the same options you configured when creating your question.
Step 8
Click "Save," and that’s it! You have created a conditional clause in your template, created a multiple-choice form question, a field to store the answer to the question, and a condition to evaluate.
